Reservation Policy for Amalfi’s Trattoria & Bar

  At Amalfi’s Trattoria + Bar we value all our guests and strive to provide a delightful dining experience. To manage our seating capacity and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have implemented the following reservation policy. Reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a daily limit of 40 guests.

1. Reservation Availability:

• Reservations are accepted for lunch and dinner services.
• A total of 20 people on reservations per hour will be accepted per day.

2. Booking Process:

• Reservations can be made via phone, online through our website, or in person.
• Once the daily limit is reached, no further reservations will be accepted for that hour.

3. Reservation Timing:

• Guests can book a reservation for any available time slot within our operating hours.
• Time slots are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Group Reservations:

• Reservations can be made for groups of up to 10 people.
• Parties of 6 or more are subject to autogratuity (20%)
• For larger groups, please contact our restaurant directly to discuss special arrangements.

5. Reservation Confirmation:

• Upon successful booking, a confirmation will be sent via email.

6. Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 4 hours in advance.
• Failure to cancel in advance may result in a restriction on future reservations.

7. Late Arrivals:

• Reservations will be held for up to 10 minutes past the reserved time.
• If you anticipate being late, please contact us. Otherwise, your reservation may be given to another guest.

8. Walk-Ins:

• Walk-in guests are welcome, but seating will be subject to availability.
• Walk-in guests may experience a wait, especially during peak hours.

9. Special Requests:

• If you have any special requests or dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of booking.
• We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

10. Weather Policy:

• Please note that while we strive to accommodate all outdoor reservations, our restaurant cannot guarantee seating in the event that outdoor arrangements must be altered due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
